McKay Daines

McKay Daines is in pre-production on his latest feature film, a suspense comedy, The Return of the Ripper. He wrote the script with Jimmy Chunga and will produce and direct the film. It is being made by his production company Triomphe Communications, INC., and is scheduled to begin principal photography fall 2008. Filming will be in Utah, Nevada and England. Daines produced and directed the romantic comedy Heber Holiday (www.heberholiday.com) in the winter of 2007. He co-wrote it with his brother Cameron Daines and it stars Torrey DeVitto, KC Clyde, and Erin Chambers. It is premiered at the Temecula Valley International Film Festival in California September 2007 and won both the BEST OF FEST and the BEST FEATURE FILM AUDIENCE award.
